Ms Kwek currently serves as Executive Director and Head of Sustainability & Corporate Affairs of HLA, a Singapore mainboard-listed company of the Hong Leong Group. She leads the Group’s strategic direction in its management of environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues, sustainability reporting framework and corporate communications. Her past experience includes  business development, marketing and communications and investment.

Ms Kwek holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Marketing and Finance from University of Melbourne as well as a Masters in Hospitality Management from Les Roches International School of Hotel Management, Switzerland. She has also been awarded certifications of completion for Business Sustainability Management and Supply Chain Management from the University of Cambridge.
